Felting at eye of the needle studio

Felting workshops for beginners will be held at the Eye of the Needle Studio, 260 5th Street, Fernie throughout the year on the following topics:

1. A nuno felted scarf (with a silk chiffon backing behind the felt)

2. Beads, bangles and brooches (making felt jewellery)

3. Painting with wool (making a felt landscape picture)

The one day courses would be limited to a maximum of four people at a time but could be on a one to one basis. The workshop cost will be $150 + GST per person and will run from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm with lunch, all materials and use of equipment included. Further felting supplies are available for those inspired to continue!

Workshops will be held from Sunday to Wednesday when the Gallery is closed so that participants can receive undivided attention.
